G Suite

G Suite provides The Webber Independent School students and staff with a suite of Google products managed by the school. The services enable students and teachers to more easily share resources and collaborate online.

We are excited to offer Google Apps as it represents an important step towards developing a 21st century approach to curriculum and learning. The service will support the high levels of collaboration that are required in today’s classroom and help further develop students’ ICT skills.

What’s included?
  • Google Mail provides secure internal email for students, accessible from home or school
  • Google Drive lets users upload, create and share documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, and forms
  • Google Calendar allows class teachers to create and share calendars with their students
  • Google Classroom enables teachers to post assignments and notices to their classes and provides students with a bespoke online home learning planner
  • Google Sites enables teachers to publish all types of subject media on secure websites accessible to students
