International Week Logo Competition Winner

1st place: Honami Inoue
After much deliberation in the staff room the judges reached a decision on the winner of the logo competition. The standard of entries was very high and it was difficult to choose an overall winner. However, the judges were impressed with the Honami Inoue's thoughful design which is the overall winner. Well done Honami!

The students were asked to give an explanation of their logo designs. Honami wrote "The fact that International Week, I drew students of a different race. Made heart-shaped planet, things together, mind and world."

In second place was Ben Elston's colourful flag design, while in third place came Hope Staerck's design which cleverly incorporates a world map within the school logo.

3rd place: Hope Staerck
2nd place: Ben Elston

All those who participated in the competition will be awarded five merits. The winning design is featured on the International Week programme, this week's bulletin and the school blog.
